Williams was a ballhawk at the JUCO level, leading the nation with seven interceptions. He’s a skilled returner as well, housing both a kickoff and punt this season. He’s older and experienced, so the path to the field could be a short one if he camps well. The Vols won out over Mississippi State in this one.
