Knoxville Police have identified the victim in a fatal accident on Pellissippi Parkway.
Police say 29 year-old Anett Williams was riding an electric scooter in a travel lane when she was struck by a Ford pickup truck, which remained on scene following yesterday morning’s accident. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
