Townsend, TN (WOKI) Emergency crews are on the scene of a fire in Townsend.
Townsend Fire Department officials reporting that the fire, which is about 20 acres in size, is located in the 900 block of Wears Valley Road.
As of 4:00 p.m., officials say the fire was about 20% contained. One structure was in danger, but it has since been taken care of.
The Tennessee Division of Forestry is also on the scene of this fire.
