Knoxville Man Accused of Killing Former Boss Indicted, Facing Murder Charge

Knoxville, TN (WOKI) The man accused of shooting his boss at a Knox County School bus lot is indicted by a Grand Jury.

Daniel Arwood, 38, is charged with first degree murder, evading arrest and gun charges.

Officials say Arwood shot and killed his boss, 29-year-old Aaron Russell, after he was fired and told to leave the bus lot’s warehouse which he was using as his home.

This happened back in February on Middlebrook Pike. Russell had been contracted by Knox County schools to provide school buses.
