Maynardville, TN (WOKI) An investigation is underway in Union County
after two people are found dead Monday night inside a Maynardville home.
Maynardville Police Department officers responded to a call reporting a possible domestic incident and shooting at a residence in the 100 block of Walter Way.
Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation say officers discovered the bodies of 49-year-old Natalya Malakhova and 58-year-old Stephen Jenkins; both were pronounced dead at the scene.
TBI says the bodies have been sent for autopsy to determine the causes of death.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
