Morristown, TN (WOKI) UPDATE 3/7: The woman at the center of a TBI Silver Alert issued early Friday morning out of Morristown has been found dead.
Officials with the Morristown Police Department reporting 83-year-old Daisy Friddle was found Friday afternoon deceased a short distance from her residence on Buffalo Trail.
MPD says it is believed her death was due to medical reasons and that family and neighbors indicated it was common for Friddle to walk in the area.
Friddle was reported missing after last being seen on Monday, March 3.
ORIGINAL STORY: A TBI Silver Alert has been issued on behalf of the Morristown Police Department for 83-year-old Daisy Friddle.
She was last seen on March 3rd in the area of Buffalo Trail in Morristown. There is no known direction of travel.
She has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance.
She is 5’0” tall, 90 pounds, with grey hair and hazel eyes.
