Knox County, TN (WOKI) An investigation is underway following “an apparent murder-suicide” late Sunday night at a West Knox County apartment complex.
Officials with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office say deputies were called to the scene around 11:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hinton Hollow Apartments.
According to KCSO, initial findings indicate this is a domestic-related incident with no ongoing threat to the community.
KCSO Patrol Units, Major Crimes Detectives, Forensic Units, and the Knox County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating.
The deceased individuals’ identities have not been released.
