Updated story: A Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Silver Alert is issued for a man missing out of Knox County.
64 year-old Arthur Jones was last seen on Monday afternoon, leaving the area of Napa Valley Way in Knoxville.
He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.

Knoxville, TN (WOKI) The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a missing man.
KCSO officials say 64-year-old Arthur Henry Jones was last seen in West Knox County at around noon on Monday, February 19.
Jones is described as 5′9″ and 180 pounds with green eyes and gray hair.
Officials say Jones “has risk factors that may prohibit him from being able to get back home safely.”
