KPD: Wanted Man Arrested in East Knoxville

Knoxville, TN (WOKI) A man with multiple outstanding warrants is apprehended Thursday night in East Knoxville.

Knoxville Police Department officials say 37-year-old Desanto Boyd was arrested at a home in the 4200 block of Mansion Avenue.

KPD says Boyd had multiple outstanding warrants, including warrants for domestic assault and felony vandalism, as well as multiple capias warrants for charges ranging from aggravated assault and evading arrest to weapon and drug charges.

According to court records, Boyd is expected in court on July 29.
