A grand jury has indicted a Knox County man after a camera was found inside a women’s bathroom at a west Knox County park.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to the women’s bathroom at Cove Park and found a camera in the ceiling and arrested 33 year-old Tony Lynn Strand.
Strand was indicted on multiple charges including especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, burglary and observation without consent.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone who used the bathroom between March 24 and April 8 to contact the major crimes unit. You can do so by emailing the detectives at [email protected] with your visit date and a way for them to contact you.
